The twenty-five villas at White Sand are built along and beside Ao Kao Beach, set among palms and tropical gardens. Each has a private rooftop terrace — used by most guests at sunrise, at sunset, and at several points in between. Two configurations are available: direct sea view, or pool-facing with beach access fifty metres away. Both are 55 m², well-maintained and properly air-conditioned.
